About Therapy

I use psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approaches in my work to help clients increase self-awareness, move past stuck points, and find more meaning and fulfillment in their relationships and lives. Clients I see typically come to therapy wanting to address depression, anxiety, relationship issues, spiritual/religious concerns, grief and trauma.
